dc.description.abstractPuskesmas adalah suatu unit pelaksana dalam proses pelayanan kesehatan pada tingkat Kabupaten/Kota yang bertanggung jawab menyelenggarakan pembangunan kesehatan di suatu wilayah kesehatan. Evaluasi kinerja merupakan suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan pelayanan publik dengan menempatkan Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) searah berdaya guna dan berhasil guna, sehingga diharapkan terciptanya suatu keadaan yang lebih baik. Dalam melaksanakan tugas untuk memberikan pelayanan kepada publik setiap aparatur harus memperhatikan nilai-nilai yang etis dalam mengambil keputusan demi kepentingan publik serta senantiasa berpedoman kepada nilai-nilai kejujuran, kearifan, tanggung jawab dan disiplin kinerja. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini.Bagaiaman evaluasi kinerja pegawai rawat inap UPT. Puskesmas Gunung Tinggi Kabupaten Deli Sedang. Dengan tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengenai kinerja pegawai rawat inap UPT. Puskesmas Gunung Tinggi Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini kualitatif yang mana pengumpulan data ini melalui wawancara dan observasi. Informan yang dijadikan sumber informasi ialah masyarakat, kepala UPT. Puskesmas, Kasubag Tata Usaha, pegawai UPT. Puskesmas. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan bahwa evaluasi kinerja pegawai dalam memberikan pelayanan masyarakat masih belum maksimal, dikarenakan tingkat kinerja pegawai belum ada reward atau pun pelatihan yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja pegawai UPT. Puskesmas Gunung Tinggi Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Health Center is an implementing unit in the health service process at the Regency or City level which is responsible for organizing health development in a health area. Performance evaluation is an effort to improve public services by placing Human Resources (HR) in the same direction, efficiently and effectively, so that it is expected to create a better condition. In carrying out the task of providing services to the public, each apparatus must pay attention to ethical values in making decisions for the public interest and always be guided by the values of honesty, wisdom, responsibility and performance discipline. The formulation of the problem in this study. How to evaluate the performance of inpatient employees at UPT. Gunung Tinggi Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. With the aim of this study to determine the performance of inpatient employees at UPT. Gunung Tinggi Health Center, Deli Serdang Regency. The research method used in this study is qualitative, where data collection is through interviews and observations. The informants used as sources of information are the community, the head of UPT. Health Center, Head of Administration, employees of UPT. Health Center. The results of the study explain that the evaluation of employee performance in providing public services is still not optimal, because the level of employee performance has not been rewarded or trained to improve the performance of employees of the Gunung Tinggi Health Center UPT.
