| Abstract: | Pemalsuan STNK (Surat Keterangan Registrasi Kendaraan Bermotor) merupakan praktik umum di Indonesia. Hal ini semata-mata untuk kepentingan individu yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Akibatnya, banyak pengendara tidak memiliki dokumen registrasi kendaraan yang lengkap dan berisiko dikenai sanksi pidana. Forgery of STNK (Motor Vehicle Registration Certificate) is a common practice in Indonesia. This is solely for the benefit of irresponsible individuals. As a result, many drivers lack complete vehicle registration documents and risk criminal penalties. |
