| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini berjudul Uji efektivitas Ekstrak Daun Sawo Hitam (Diospyros digyna) Terhadap Mortalitas Kutu Beras (Sitophilus oryzae), bertujuan untuk mengetahui kadar kandungan senyawa metabolit sekunder yang terkandung pada daun sawo hitam (Diospyros digyna) dengan metode skrining fitokimia, untuk mengetahui nilai konsentrasi probit LC50 yang mampu membunuh 50% populasi kutu beras (Sitophilus oryzae) yang terkandung pada daun sawo hitam (Diospyros digyna), untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari pemberian ekstrak kulit daun sawo hitam (Diospyros digyna) terhadap kutu beras (Sitophilus oryzae). Bahan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu daun sawo hitam (Diospyros digyna) berwarna hijau tua, terdapat pada ranting ke empat 10-30 cm, daun yang sehat dan tidak terinfeksi berjamur, dan kutu beras (Sitophilus oryzae), pelarut etanol 96%, , aquades. Metode yang digunakan untuk analisis kandungan metabolit sekunder adalah ekstraksi dan GCMS. Penentuan data LC50 yang diperoleh dari penelitian menggunakan program SPSS 25,0 menggunakan uji Probit. Hasil pada penelitian ini, yaitu analisis senyawa metabolit sekunder pada tanaman sawo hitam (Diospyros dygina) dengan metode skrining fitokimia menunjukkan bahwa bagian daun mengandung senyawa Flavonoid, Steroid, dan Terpenoid. Hasil analisis konsentrasi ekstrak sawo hitam terhadap kutu beras memiliki nilai LC50 atau konsentrasi toksin yang dapat menyebabkan kematian 50% larva (Sitophilus oryzae) yaitu sebesar 19,90 (19,90%), dengan batas bawah 15,22%, dan batas atas 25,68%. Hasil respon kutu beras setelah pengaplikasian ekstrak daun sawo hitam (Diospyros dygina) terhadap kutu beras (Sitophilus oryzae), menunjukkan kutu beras mengalami mortalitas yaitu ditandai dengan tidak ada gerakan sama sekali, badan kaku dan kering, permukaan kulit luar kutu berjamur, dan warna kutu yang mati menghitam. This study entitled Test of the effectiveness of Black Sapodilla Leaf Extract (Diospyros digyna) on Rice Weevil Mortality (Sitophilus oryzae), aims to determine the levels of secondary metabolite compounds contained in black sapodilla leaves (Diospyros digyna) using the phytochemical screening method, to determine the concentration value of the LC50 probit that can kill 50% of the rice weevil population (Sitophilus oryzae) contained in black sapodilla leaves (Diospyros digyna), to determine the effect of administering black sapodilla leaf bark extract (Diospyros digyna) on rice weevils (Sitophilus oryzae). The materials used in this study were dark green black sapodilla leaves (Diospyros digyna), found on the fourth branch 10-30 cm, healthy leaves and not infected with mold, and rice weevils (Sitophilus oryzae), 96% ethanol solvent, distilled water. The method used for the analysis of secondary metabolite content is extraction and GCMS. Determination of LC50 data obtained from the study using the SPSS 25.0 program using the Probit test. The results of this study, namely the analysis of secondary metabolite compounds in black sapodilla plants (Diospyros dygina) using the phytochemical screening method showed that the leaf part contains Flavonoid, Steroid, and Terpenoid compounds. The results of the analysis of the concentration of black sapodilla extract against rice weevils have an LC50 value or toxin concentration that can cause 50% death of larvae (Sitophilus oryzae) which is 19.90 (19.90%), with a lower limit of 15.22%, and an upper limit of 25.68%. The results of the rice weevil response after the application of black sapodilla leaf extract (Diospyros dygina) against rice weevils (Sitophilus oryzae), showed that the rice weevils experienced mortality which was characterized by no movement at all, a stiff and dry body, the outer surface of the weevil's skin was moldy, and the color of the dead weevil turned black. | en_US |
