Abstract: Pembiayaan adalah pendanaan yang diberikan oleh satu pihak kepada pihak lain untuk mendukung investasi yang telah direncanakan, baik dilakukan sendiri maupun lembaga. Pandemi covid-19 telah membuat pelaku usaha mikro kecil menengah mengalami kesulitan membayar. Adapun langakh- langkah yang ditempuh yaitu melalui litigasi dan non-litigasi. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pengaturan hukum terhadadap perjanjian pembiayaan usaha mikrp kecil menengah pasca pandemi Covid-19. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian yuridis normatif, deskriptis analis yang pengumpulan data melalui wawancara kemudian dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengaturan hukum berdasarkan Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan NO.11/POJK.03/2020. Simpulan penangan nasabah yang mengalami wanprestasi tidak menghilangkan kewajiban nasabah untuk melunasinya. Financing is the funding provided by one party to another to support a preplanned investment, whether done alone or by an institution. The covid-19 pandemic has made small and medium-sized micro businesses have difficulty paying. As for the langakh- steps taken are through litigation and non-litigation. The aim of the study was to find out the legal arrangements against small and medium-sized enterprises financing agreements after the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is the normative, descriptive juridical research method of analysts whose data collection through interviews is then analyzed qualitatively. The results of the study show that the legal arrangements are based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation NO.11/POJK.03/2020. The conclusion of the customer's manager who is underperforming does not eliminate the customer's obligation to pay it off.
