dc.description.abstractCendawan endofit mempakan mikroorganisme yang hidup dalam jaringan tumbuhan tanpa memgikan tanaman inangnya. Cendawan endofit dapat ditemukan pada berbagai tumbuhan termasuk tanaman obat dan diketahui dapat menghasilkan berbagai senyawa bioaktif seperti antibakteri. Penelitian ini bertujuanMengetahui keberadaan jamur endofit pada jaringan daun sirih (P.betleL.), dan untuk mengetahui kemampuan metabolit skunder jamur endofit dari jaringan daun sirih (P.betleL.) sebagai antimikroba terhadap bakteri streptococcus mutans, propioni bacterium acnes dan pseudomonas aeruginosa. Isolasi jamur endofit dilakukan dengan menggamati dibawah mikroskop dan makroskopis untuk menentukan cendawan yang tumbuh. Uji antagonis cebdawan endofit dengan bakteri patogen di lakukan dengan menggunakan media PDA yang diamati Selama 5 hari dengan menggukan cookburer dan diantagoniskan terhadap cendawan dengan bakteri Trichodermsp dengan Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Aspergi/lus niger dengan Streptococcusmutans, Aspergillusniger dengan Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Setelah itu mengamati adanya zona bening dan zona hambat dengan menggunakan jangkas orong. Endophytic fungi are microorganisms that live in plant tissues without banning their host plants. Endophytic fungi can be found in various plants including medicinal plants and are known to produce various bioactive compounds such as antibacterials. This study aims to detennine the presence of endophytic fungi in the betel leaf tissue (P.betleL.), And to detennine the ability of secondary endophytic fungi metabolites from betel leaf tissue (P.betleL.) As antimicrobials against the bacteria Streptococcus mutans, prop10ru acnes bacteriwn and pseudomonas aeruginosa. Endophytic fungal isolation is carried out by observing under a microscope and macroscopically to determine which fungus grows. The endophytic antagonist test with pathogenic bacteria was carried out using PDA media which was observed for 5 days by using the cookburer and antagonized to the fungus with Trichodenn sp bacteria with Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Aspergillus niger with Streptococcus mutans, Aspergillus niger with Pseudomonas aeruginosa. After that, observe the presence of clear zones and inhibition zones by using calipers.en_US
