| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Work Life Balance and Employee Engagement Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan asosiatif. Populasi karyawan Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan pada tahun 2026 yang berjumlah 312 orang karyawan. Dengan sampel penelitian yang dihitung menggunakan rumus solvin diperoleh sampel berjumlah 76 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS. Dengan hasil penelitian (1). Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,000) < dari 0,05. (2). Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai signifikan (0,001) < 0,05. (3). Work Life Balance dan Employee Engagement berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Rumah Sakit Umum Imelda Pekerja Indonesia Medan, hal ini terlihat dari nilai F-hitung adalah 181.170 dengan tingkat signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of Work Life Balance and Employee Engagement on Employee Performance at Imelda General Hospital of Indonesian Workers Medan. The research method used in this study is quantitative with an associative approach. The population of employees at Imelda General Hospital of Indonesian Workers Medan in 2026 totaled 312 employees. Using the sample formula, a sample of 76 respondents was obtained. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS software. Then results of the study show (1) Work Life Balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Imelda General Hospital of Indonesian Workers Medan, as evidenced by a significance value (0.000) < 0.05. (2) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at Imelda General Hospital of Indonesian Workers Medan, as evidenced by a significance value (0,,001) < 0.05. (3). Work-Life Balance and Employee Engagement simultaneously affect Employee Performance at Imelda General Hospital Indonesian Workers Medan, as seen from the F-value of 181.170 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05. |
