This study aims to determine whether Training and Empowerment have an impact on Stunting Prevention in Kolang District. The population used in this study were Posyandu Cadres and Pregnant women in Kolang District. This study used a sample of 107 respondents, hypothesis testing in this study used statistical model analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 27 (Statistical Product and Services Solution) software for windows. The research data came from primary data and data collection process and used questionnaires. The results showed that there was a relationship between the independent variables, namely training and empowerment, on the dependent variable, namely stunting prevention. The training variable obtained a t value of t count> t table (2,580> 1.983) with a significance level of 0.01 <0.05 and for the empowerment variable obtained a t count> t table (6,803> 1.983) with a significance level of 0.009 <0.05 so it can be concluded that training and empowerment have a significant positive effect on stunting prevention in Kolang district North Sumatra. And the F test obtained a calculated f value > f table (32,620 > 3.07), with the hypothesis accepted so that it can be concluded that the Training variable (X1) and the Empowerment of Posyandu Cadres variable (X2) simultaneously have an effect on Stunting Prevention (Y).
