| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan Aplikasi Agronow dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan dengan pelatihan karyawan sebagai variabel intervening pada PTPN IV Regional I Medan. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasari oleh pentingnya penerapan teknologi digital dalam mendukung efektivitas pekerjaan dan meningkatkan motivasi kerja karyawan agar tercipta kedisiplinan yang tinggi di lingkungan kerja. Penelitian kuantitatif melalui aplikasi SmartPLS 4.1.1.4. Populasi penelitian 85 orang karyawan PTPN IV Regional I Medan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan Aplikasi Agronow dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pelatihan karyawan. Pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Selain itu, penggunaan Aplikasi Agronow dan motivasi kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Pelatihan karyawan berperan signifikan dalam memediasi pengaruh penggunaan Aplikasi Agronow dan motivasi kerja terhadap disiplin kerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, penerapan Aplikasi Agronow yang efektif, didukung oleh motivasi kerja yang tinggi dan pelatihan karyawan yang berkelanjutan, dapat meningkatkan kedisiplinan kerja karyawan di PTPN IV Regional I Medan. This study aims to analyze the effect of using the Agronow Application and work motivation on employee work discipline, with employee training as an intervening variable at PTPN IV Regional I Medan. The background of this research is based on the importance of implementing digital technology to support work effectiveness and enhance employee motivation in order to achieve a high level of discipline in the workplace. This research employed a quantitative approach using the SmartPLS 4.1.1.4 application. The study population consisted of 85 employees of PTPN IV Regional I Medan.The results of the study indicate that the use of the Agronow Application and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee training. Employee training has a positive and significant effect on employee work discipline. Furthermore, the use of the Agronow Application and work motivation have positive and significant effects on employee work discipline. Employee training plays a significant role in mediating the influence of the Agronow Application and work motivation on employee work discipline. Therefore, the effective implementation of the Agronow Application, supported by high work motivation and continuous employee training, can improve employee work discipline at PTPN IV Regional I Medan. | en_US |
