| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Brand Awareness dan Social Media Marketing terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Clay Mask Skintific pada Mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Sumatera Utara. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Manajemen Universitas Sumatera Utara stambuk 2023-2025 yang berjumlah 634 mahasiswa. Data diperoleh melalui survei lapangan menggunakan kuesioner, dan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus Solvin sehingga diperoleh 86 responden dengan kriteria pernah membeli atau mengetahui produk clay mask Skintific. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan SPSS dengan analisis regresi linear berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Social Media Marketing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai beta 0,566 dan signifikansi (0,000) < 0,05, menjadikannya variabel yang paling dominan. Brand Awareness juga memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian dengan nilai beta 0,363 dan signifikansi (0,004) < 0,05. Secara simultan, Brand Awareness dan Social Media Marketing berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian, menunjukkan bahwa kedua variabel merupakan faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk clay mask Skintific melalui strategi pemasaran digital dan membangun kesadaran merek di kalangan mahasiswa. This study aims to analyze the influence of Brand Awareness and Social Media Marketing on Purchasing Decisions of Skintific Clay Masks among Management Study Program Students at the University of North Sumatra. The study used a quantitative approach to determine the extent of the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The population in this study were 634 students of the Management Study Program at the University of North Sumatra, academic year 2023-2025. Data were obtained through a field survey using a questionnaire, and the sampling technique used the Solvin formula, resulting in 86 respondents with the criteria of having purchased or knowing the Skintific clay mask product. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS with multiple linear regression analysis to determine the influence of independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that Social Media Marketing had a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions with a beta value of 0.566 and a significance of (0.000) <0.05, making it the most dominant variable. Brand Awareness also had a positive and significant influence on Purchasing Decisions with a beta value of 0.363 and a significance of (0.004) <0.05. Simultaneously, brand awareness and social media marketing significantly influenced purchasing decisions, indicating that both variables are important factors to consider in increasing sales of Skintific clay masks through digital marketing strategies and building brand awareness among students. |
