| Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Online customer review, Online Customer Rating dan Sales Promotion Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Moisturizer Glad2glow Di Shopee Pada Kecamatan Pantai Cermin. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yakni pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu Masyarakat yang berada di Kecamatan Pantai Cermin, Masyarakat yang pernah membeli moisturizer Glad2glow minimal 1 kali di platform Shopee dan berusia 17-40 tahun sebanyak 100 responden. Data yang diperoleh menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner dan dianalisis dengan metode analisis regresi linear berganda menggunakan program SPSS 26. Berdasarkan pengujian hipotesis bahwa 1) Online customer review (X1) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian dengan nilai thitung yaitu (3,631) sehingga diketahui bahwa nilai thitung > ttabel (1,984). Dan nilai p-value pada kolom sig yaitu 0,004 < 0,05 yang berarti berpengaruh secara signifikan. 2) Online Customer Rating (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikan 0,000 <0,05 dan thitung (2,503) > ttabel (1,984). 3) Sales Promotion (X3) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai signifikan 0,002 < 0,05 dan thitung (3,152) > ttabel (1,984). 4) Online customer review (X1), Online Customer Rating (X2) Dan Sales Promotion (X3) secara serempak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai F-hitung > F-tabel dan tingkat signifikansinya (0,000) < 0,05. This study aims to determine the influence of Online customer reviews, Online Customer Ratings, and Sales Promotion on the Purchase Decision of Glad2glow Moisturizer on Shopee in Pantai Cermin District. The type of research used in this study is a quantitative approach. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The sample in this study consists of residents of Pantai Cermin District, individuals who have purchased Glad2glow moisturizer at least once on the Shopee platform, and are aged 17-40 years, totaling 100 respondents. The data obtained using primary data in the form of questionnaires were analyzed using the multiple linear regression analysis method with the SPSS 26 program. Based on the hypothesis testing that 1) Online customer reviews (X1) have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t-value of 3.631, it is known that the calculated t-value is greater than the t-table value (1.984). And the p-value in the sig column is 0.004 < 0.05, which means it has a significant effect. 2) Online Customer Rating (X2) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.000 < 0.05 and tstatistic (2.503) > t-table (1.984). 3) Sales Promotion (X3) has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the significance value of 0.002 < 0.05 and t-statistic (3.152) > t-table (1.984). 4) Online customer review (X1), Online Customer Rating (X2), and Sales Promotion (X3) simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. This can be seen from the calculated F-value being greater than the F-table value and the significance level (0.000) being less than 0.05. |
