Pengaruh Motivasi Belajar dan Grit terhadap Growth Mindset pada Siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas di Kepulauan Anambas

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara Motivasi belajar dan Grit terhadap Growth Mindset pada siswa sekolah menengah atas di Kepulauan Anambas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, dengan jumlah populasi 324 serta sampel 235. Teknik sampel yang digunakan teknik probability sampling . teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Setelah dilakukan pengujian hipotesis, Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi berganda dapat disimpulkan bahwa nilai koefisien regresi variabel Motivasi Belajar (t hitung) adalah sebesar 2,458 dengan t tabel sebesar 1,651, signifikasi variabel Motivasi Belajar terhadap variabel terkait yaitu Growth Mindset siswa sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Kemudian nilai koefisien regresi variabel Grit adalah (t hitung) sebesar 2,803 dengan t tabel 1651, signifikasi variabel Grit terhadap variabel terkait yaitu Growth Mindset siswa sebesar 0,001 < 0,05. Selanjutnya, jika dilihat dari tabel diketahui nilai F hitung sebesar 46.675 dan nilai F tabel sebesar 3.041 dengan signifikaan 0.000 < 0.050, maka dapat dikatakan bahwa nilai F hitung > F Tabel dan signifikansi 0.000 < 0.050 dapat diartikan bahwa variabel Motivasi Belajar dan Grit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Growth Mindset siswa. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Learning Motivation and Grit on Growth Mindset in high school students in the Anambas Islands. This study uses a quantitative method, with a population of 324 and a sample of 235. The sampling technique used is probability sampling. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. After testing the hypothesis, based on the results of multiple regression analysis, it can be concluded that the regression coefficient value of the Learning Motivation variable (t count) is 2.458 with a t table of 1.651, the significance of the Learning Motivation variable on the related variable, namely the student's Growth Mindset, is 0.000 <0.05. Then the regression coefficient value of the Grit variable is (t count) of 2.803 with a t table of 1651, the significance of the Grit variable on the related variable, namely the student's Growth Mindset, is 0.001 <0.05. Furthermore, if seen from the table, it is known that the calculated F value is 46.675 and the F table value is 3.041 with a significance of 0.000 < 0.050, then it can be said that the calculated F value > F Table and the significance of 0.000 < 0.050 can be interpreted that the variables of Learning Motivation and Grit have a significant effect on students' Growth Mindset.
