dc.description.abstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh Online Innovation dan E-Trust terhadap Repurchase Intention melalui Customer Experience sebagai variabel mediasi pada pengguna TikTok Shop generasi Z di Kota Medan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah Generasi z yang merupakan pengguna tiktokshop serta berdomisili di kota medan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 140 responden. metode penarikan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan menggunakan Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Online Innovation berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Experience dan Repurchase Intention. Demikian pula, E-Trust berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Customer Experience dan Repurchase Intention. Selain itu, Customer Experience juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Repurchase Intention. Lebih lanjut, hasil analisis mediasi menunjukkan bahwa Customer Experience mampu memediasi pengaruh Online Innovation dan E-Trust terhadap Repurchase Intention. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi tingkat inovasi dan kepercayaan Online yang dirasakan pengguna, semakin positif pengalaman pelanggan yang terbentuk, sehingga mendorong niat untuk melakukan pembelian ulang di TikTok Shop. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Online Innovation and E-Trust on Repurchase Intention through Customer Experience as a mediating variable among Generation Z TikTok Shop users in Medan. The research population consists of Generation Z who are TikTok Shop users and reside in Medan, with a sample size of 140 respondents. The sampling method used is purposive sampling. Data analysis was performed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with the assistance of SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results showed that Online Innovation had a positive and significant effect on Customer Experience and Repurchase Intention. Similarly, E-Trust had a positive and significant effect on Customer Experience and Repurchase Intention. Furthermore, Customer Experience also has a positive and significant effect on Repurchase Intention. Moreover, the mediation analysis results show that Customer Experience is able to mediate the effect of Online Innovation and E-Trust on Repurchase Intention. This indicates that the higher the level of innovation and Online trust perceived by users, the more positive the Customer Experience formed, thereby encouraging the intention to repurchase on TikTok Shop.en_US
