The results of the One-Way ANOVA calculation obtained an F-value of 0,653 with a significance value of 0.000, where p < 0.05. Generation X employees had the highest average score of 74.50, while Generation Y employees had a moderate average score of 70.10. Generation Z employees had a low average score of 56.57. These differences indicate that the older the generation, the higher the psychological well-being of employees, while the younger the generation, the lower the psychological wellbeing of employees. | en_US |
