| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Gambaran Work Engagement Pada Pegawai ASN Di Kantor DPR Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel yang diambil untuk penelitian ini adalah keseluruhan dari populasi yang berjumlah 83 orang. Skala Work Engagement disusun berdasarkan Dimensi Work Engagement Menurut Schaufeli & Bakker (2010) Semangat (Vigor), Pengabdian (Dedication), Penyerapan (Absorption). Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor didapatkan hasil dimana Work Engagement Pegawai secara keseluruhan dikategori sedang, yaitu sebesar 62% atau 52 pegawai sementara 19% berada pada kategori tinggi yaitu 16 Pegawai dan 18% pada kategori rendah sekitar 15 Pegawai. Hasil Work Engagement karyawan berdasarkan dimensi vigor memiliki nilai tertinggi dibandingkan dimensi lainnya dengan jumlah 62% kemudian dimensi dedication berada pada kategori sedang 55%, dan dimensi absorption merupakan dimensi dengan nilai terendah dibandingkan dimensi vigor dan dedication yaitu berjumlah 53%. Secara keseluruhan, bahwa keterikatan kerja pegawai ASN Di Kantor Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Kabupaten Aceh Tamiang sudah terbentuk, namun masih memerlukan penguatan agar dapat mencapai tingkat keterikatan kerja yang optimal. This study aims to examine the level of work engagement among Civil Servants (ASN) at the DPR Kabupaten Office of Aceh Tamiang Regency. This research employed a quantitative approach. The sample consisted of the entire population, totaling 83 employees. The Work Engagement Scale was developed based on the dimensions of work engagement proposed by Schaufeli and Bakker (2010), namely vigor, dedication, and absorption.Based on the results of factor analysis, the overall level of employees’ work engagement was categorized as moderate, with 62% or 52 employees falling into this category. Meanwhile, 19% or 16 employees were classified as having a high level of work engagement, and 18% or approximately 15 employees were classified as having a low level of work engagement. The results based on dimensions showed that the vigor dimension had the highest score compared to the other dimensions, at 62%. The dedication dimension was in the moderate category with a percentage of 55%, while the absorption dimension had the lowest score compared to vigor and dedication, at 53%.Overall, the findings indicate that work engagement among Civil Servants at the Office of the Regional House of Representatives of Aceh Tamiang Regency has been established; however, further strengthening is still needed to achieve an optimal level of work engagement. | en_US |
