| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian menggunakan aplikasi Shopee pada Gen Z. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswi Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area sebanyak 336 orang dan Sampel penelitian sebanyak 115 mahasiswi Fakultas Psikologi Universitas Medan Area. Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu purposive sampling. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan skala likert, dengan jumlah 96 item pernyataan. Berdasarkan hasil Principal Component Analysis diketahui bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan pembelian dari yang tertinggi hingga terendah adalah faktor produk (product) sebesar 94,9%., faktor harga (price) sebesar 94,2%., faktor pembayaran (payment) sebesar 91,8%., faktor promosi (promotion) sebesar 90,6%., faktor proses (process) sebesar 90,1%., faktor bukti fisik (physical evidence) sebesar 87,1%., faktor pengemasan (packaging) sebesar 86,6%., faktor orang (people) sebesar 84,4%., dan faktor tempat (place) sebesar 81,8%. Sehingga temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel yang dianalisis secara keseluruhan berkontribusi signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian. This study was conducted to determine the factors that influence purchasing decisions using the Shopee application among Gen Z. The research methodology used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive analysis approach. The population in this study consisted of 336 female students from the Faculty of Psychology at Medan Area University, and the research sample comprised 115 female students from the same faculty. The sampling technique used in this study was a non-probability sampling method, specifically purposive sampling. Data collection used a Likert scale, with a total of 96 statement items. Based on the results of the Principal Component Analysis, it is known that the factors that influence purchasing decisions from highest to lowest are product factors at 94.9%., price factors at 94.2%., payment factors at 91.8%., promotion factors at 90.6%., process factors at 90.1%., physical evidence factors at 87.1%., packaging factors at 86.6%., people factors at 84.4%., and place factors at 81.8%. So this finding shows that all variables analyzed as a whole contribute significantly to purchasing decisions. | en_US |
