This research aims to examine the differences in Work engagement across generational diversity among employees of PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 Rantau Field. The research method employed is a quantitative approach with a comparative design. The population in this study consists of all 99 employees of PT Pertamina EP Asset 1 Rantau Field, with the entire population taken as the sample. The measurement instrument used was a psychological scale developed based on the aspects of Work engagement proposed by (Schaufeli & Bakker, 2010). Data analysis was conducted using the One Way Analysis of Variance (One Way ANOVA) to determine whether there were significant differences among the generations. The results of the analysis showed an F value of 64.652 with a significance level of p = 0.000 (p < 0.05). Based on these results, it can be concluded hat the level of Work engagement among Generations X, Y, and Z is not the same, but instead shows significant differences. The empirical mean score for Generation X was 101,11, which is higher than the hypothetical mean score (87.5), indicating that the Work engagement of Generation X falls into the medium category. Meanwhile, the empirical mean score for Generation Y was 110,50, also higher than the hypothetical mean score (87.5), placing their Work engagement in the high category. Furthermore, the empirical mean score for Generation Z was 139,61, which is higher than the hypothetical mean score (87.5), indicating that the Work engagement of Generation Z also falls into the high category.en_US
