This study aims to comprehensively analyze the influence of Work-Life Balance (WLB) and Burnout on Job Satisfaction among employees in a plantation company. The research employed a quantitative approach with a correlational design and used a multiple linear regression analysis to test the hypotheses. A total of 150 employees were selected as respondents using a total sampling technique. The results show that Work-Life Balance and Burnout simultaneously have a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Adjusted R² = 0.676), indicating that these variables explain 67.6% of the variance in job satisfaction, while the remaining 32.4% is influenced by other factors not included in the model. Partially, Work-Life Balance has a positive and significant effect (t = 3.783, p < 0.05), meaning that employees who can better manage their professional and personal responsibilities tend to experience higher job satisfaction. Conversely, Burnout has a negative and significant effect (t = 8.651, p < 0.05), indicating that high levels of physical, emotional, and mental exhaustion reduce employee satisfaction with their jobs. These findings highlight the critical role of organizational policies and interventions in promoting healthy work-life balance and effectively mitigating burnout to enhance employee well-being and organizational performance.en_US
