This study aims to analyze the stress levels of seventh-semester students at the Faculty of Medicine, Universitas Islam Sumatera Utara. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach with a total sample of 110 students. Data were collected using a stress level scale based on a Likert scale model, and the data were analyzed using descriptive frequency analysis. Based on the data analysis, it was found that the majority of students were at stress level IV, totaling 30 students (27.3%). This condition indicates that moderate–to–high stress is the most commonly experienced level among students. Furthermore, 26 students (23.6%) were at stress level VI, suggesting that nearly a quarter of the respondents experienced very high stress levels. In addition, 24 students (21.8%) were at stress level II, indicating that a proportion of students still experienced low to moderate stress levels. Meanwhile, 15 students (13.6%) were at stress level I, reflecting the lowest stress condition. Additionally, 8 students (7.3%) were at stress level III, and the smallest number was found at stress level V, with 7 students (6.4%). Overall, these findings illustrate that the majority of students experience moderate to high stress levels, highlighting the need for special attention to stress prevention and management efforts among students.en_US
