This study aims to analyze the effect of work-family conflict on employee performance at the Medan Branch of BPJS Kesehatan. This study uses a quantitative method with an associative approach. The population in this study is all employees of the Medan Branch of BPJS Kesehatan, with a purposive sampling technique used to collect samples. The sample size in this study was 67 employees. The primary data used in this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly, while the secondary data were obtained through a literature study. The data analysis methods used were validity test, reliability test, normality test, heteroscedasticity test, simple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of the study show that a correlation coefficient (r) value of -0.662 was obtained, indicating a negative and fairly strong relationship between variable X and variable Y. The significance value (p) of 0.000 < 0.05 indicates that the relationship is significant, so it can be stated that variable X does have an effect on variable Y. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination (r²) value of 0.438 or 43.8% indicates that variable X is able to explain 43.8% of the change in variable Y, while the remaining 56.2% is influenced by other variables outside this study. This magnitude of influence confirms that the contribution of variable X to variable Y is quite strong and significanten_US
