Mean SE=87,22 (tinggi); SRL=93,53 (tinggi). Hal ini menunjukkan semakin tinggi Self-Efficacy siswa, semakin tinggi Self-Regulated Learning-nya. Penelitian menyimpulkan Self-Efficacy faktor kunci dukung regulasi belajar siswa SMA dan rekomendasi intervensi guru BK tingkatkan disiplin belajar. This study aims to determine the correlation between Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulated Learning among 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 4 Medan. Self-Efficacy refers to an individual's belief in their ability to complete academic tasks, while Self-Regulated Learning is the students' capacity to independently manage and direct their learning process. A quantitative correlational approach was employed with a purposive sample of 186 science-track students (high SRL screening). Research instruments included the Self-Efficacy scale (α=0.858, 28 items) and Self-Regulated Learning scale (α=0.888, 29 items). Product Moment analysis revealed a significant positive correlation r=0.797 (p<0.001) with a 63.5% contribution (r²=0.635). Means were Self-Efficacy=87.22 (high) and Self- Regulated Learning=93.53 (high). This indicates that higher Self-Efficacy leads to stronger Self-Regulated Learning. The study concludes that Self-Efficacy is a key factor supporting student learning regulation, recommending counseling interventions to enhance learning discipline.en_US
