This study, entitled “Trends of Digital Fashion Aesthetics (A Phenomenological Study of the Experiences of Grade 12 Students at SMA Namira Toward Digital Fashion Aesthetic Trends on the Urban Sneakers Society Instagram Account)”, aims to explore the experiences and motives of Grade 12 students at SMA Namira in following and displaying digital fashion aesthetic trends inspired by the Urban Sneakers Society (USS) Instagram account as a form of visual self-expression. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological tradition, grounded in Alfred Schutz’s phenomenological theory, which emphasizes the construction of subjective meaning within everyday life (life-world). The findings indicate that students perceive digital fashion aesthetic trends as a medium for self-expression and digital identity formation. Exposure to USS content influences changes in students’ fashion styles and Instagram postings. Spontaneous interest and social influence encourage participation, while the desire to appear attractive and gain social recognition becomes the primary motive. Supporting factors include social media algorithms and influencers, whereas inhibiting factors involve pressure to present an ideal self-image and dependence on digital validation.en_US
