dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Implementasi Kebijakan Program Indonesia Pintar di SD Negeri 106162 Medan Estate Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Program Indonesia Pintar merupakan bantuan tunai pendidikan dari pemerintah yang bertujuan meningkatkan akses pendidikan, meringankan beban biaya sekolah, dan mencegah putus sekolah bagi siswa dari keluarga kurang mampu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan PIP di SDN 106162 Medan Estate sudah berjalan sesuai prosedur, namun terdapat kendala seperti keterbatasan sosialisasi kepada wali murid, kendala administrasi dalam pengumpulan bukti penggunaan dana, serta kebutuhan peningkatan koordinasi antar pihak terkait. Faktor keberhasilan implementasi dipengaruhi oleh kesiapan sumber daya manusia, komunikasi antar organisasi, serta kesesuaian sasaran penerima bantuan. Penelitian merekomendasikan peningkatan sosialisasi dan monitoring agar program dapat berjalan lebih efektif dan tepat sasaran, sehingga tujuan pemerataan pendidikan dapat tercapai. This research aims to describe the Implementation of the Indonesian Smart Program policy at State Elementary School 106162 Medan Estate, Percut Sei Tuan District, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra Province. The Indonesian Smart Program is a cash educational aid from the government aimed at increasing access to education, alleviating the burden of school fees, and preventing students from dropping out, especially those from underprivileged families. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis is conducted through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the implementation of PIP at SDN 106162 Medan Estate has been running according to procedures; however, there are obstacles such as limited socialization to parents, administrative challenges in collecting evidence of fund usage, and the need for improved coordination among related parties. The success factors for implementation are influenced by. by the readiness of human resources, inter-organizational communication, and the suitability of the target recipients of assistance. The research recommends an increase in socialization and monitoring so that the program can run more effectively and accurately, thus achieving the goal of educational equity.en_US
