| dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beberapa media tanam dan larutan nutrisi AB Mix terhadap pertumbuhan microgreens tanaman pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Februari 2025 di Tembung, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial dengan dua faktor, yaitu jenis media tanam (cocopeat, arang sekam, pasir malang) dan konsentrasi AB Mix (0 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm, dan 400 ppm), dengan dua ulangan. Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, berat segar tanaman per plot, berat segar tanaman sampel, dan berat kering tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan media tanam, konsentrasi AB Mix, dan interaksinya memberikan pengaruh yang sangat nyata terhadap semua parameter pertumbuhan. Perlakuan terbaik diperoleh pada kombinasi cocopeat dan AB Mix 400 ppm (M1N3), yang menghasilkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, serta bobot segar dan kering tertinggi. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kombinasi media tanam cocopeat dengan konsentrasi nutrisi AB Mix 400 ppm merupakan perlakuan paling efektif dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan microgreens pakcoy. This study aimed to determine the effect of several growing media and AB Mix nutrient solution on the growth of pakcoy (Brassica rapa L.) microgreens. The research was conducted in February 2025 in Tembung, Deli Serdang Regency, North Sumatra, using a factorial Randomized Block Design (RBD) with two factors, namely growing media (cocopeat, rice husk charcoal, and Malang sand) and AB Mix concentrations (0 ppm, 200 ppm, 300 ppm, and 400 ppm), with two replications. Observed parameters included plant height, number of leaves, fresh weight per plot, fresh weight per sample, and dry weight per plot. The results showed that the type of media, AB Mix concentration, and their interactions had a highly significant effect on all growth parameters. The best treatment was obtained from the combination of cocopeat and 400 ppm AB Mix (M1N3), which produced the highest plant height, leaf number, and both fresh and dry weights. These findings suggest that the combination of cocopeat media and 400 ppm AB Mix concentration is the most effective in promoting pakcoy microgreens growth. | en_US |
