| Abstract: | Pembahasan penelitian ini adalah merancang mesin pencetak briket yang bertujuan untuk mencetak briket arang dari limbah cangkang kemiri sebagai alternatif pemanfaatan limbah pertanian dan sumber energi terbarukan. Mesin ini dirancang untuk meningkatkan efisiensi produksi briket arang dengan kualitas yang baik dan ramah lingkungan. Metode perancangan mesin melibatkan analisis kebutuhan, perhitungan teknis, dan pengujian alat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mesin pencetak briket arang yang dirancang dapat menghasilkan briket arang dengan kualitas yang baik dan memenuhi standar yang ditetapkan. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi pada pengembangan teknologi tepat guna untuk pemanfaatan limbah pertanian dan peningkatan nilai tambah produk pertanian. Metode yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah perancangan dengan metode percobaan dan prototype dengan merancang dan membuat alat dan melakukan uji langsung pada alat untuk mengetahui spesifikasi alat. Penelitian dilaksanakan di CV. Micro Enterprises General and Supplier. Jl. Asem link No. 2, Desa Bandar Kalippa, Kec. Percut Sei Tuan. Adapun juga beberapa hal yang di analisis di penelitian ini sudah terjawab di BAB IV yang membuat penelitian ini semakin kompleks. Diharapkan setelah terbitnya penelitian ini dapat memberikan kontribusi ke masyarakat dan berguna untuk pengembangan teknologi selanjutnya. This research discusses the design of a briquette-making machine to produce charcoal briquettes from candlenut shell waste as an alternative agricultural waste and renewable energy source. This machine is designed to increase the efficiency of producing high-quality, environmentally friendly charcoal briquettes. The machine design method involves needs analysis, technical calculations, and equipment testing. The results show that the designed charcoal briquette-making machine can produce high-quality charcoal briquettes that meet established standards. This research is expected to contribute to the development of appropriate technology for agricultural waste utilization and increasing the added value of agricultural products. The method used in this research is design with experimental and prototype methods. This method involves designing and manufacturing equipment and conducting direct tests on the equipment to determine its specifications. The research was conducted at CV. Micro Enterprises General and Supplier, Jl. Asem Link No. 2, Bandar Kalippa Village, Percut Sei Tuan District. Several issues analyzed in this study have been answered in Chapter IV, which further complicates this research. It is hoped that after publication, this research will contribute to the community and be useful for further technological development. |
