Pengaruh Penerapan Sistem Absensi Pendeteksi Wajah Dan Pengawasan Atasan Terhadap Disiplin Kerja Pegawai Di Biro Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui system absensi pendetekssi wajah dan pengawasan atasan terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat Di kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat yang berjumlah 55 orang.Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik sampel jenuh. Teknik ini digunakan dalam penelitian ini karena teknik ini digunakan karena jumlah populasi dibawah 100 sehingga semua anggota populasi yanag berjumlah 55 orang dijadikan sampel agar memberikan data yang lebih lengkap dan akurat. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 55 responden. Untuk variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah Absensi pendeteksi wajah (X1) pengawasan atasan (X2). Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini yaitu disiplin kerja pegawai (Y). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif serta analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan software IBM SPSS Statistic 27. Hasil peneltian menunjukkan bahwa absensi pendeteksi wajah memiliki pengaruh terhadap disiplin kerja pegawai Biro Kesejahteraan Rakyat dengan nilai t sebesar 3,880 dan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0,001 berada di bawah 0,05, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Pengawasan atasan secara posisitf dsn signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja Pegawai Biro Kesejahtaeraan Rakyat dengan nilai t sebesar 3,699 dan nilai signifikansi yang dihasilkan sebesar 0.001 berada di bawah 0,05, maka hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. The purpose of this study is to determine the face detection attendance system and superior supervision of the work discipline of employees of the People's Welfare Bureau at the North Sumatra Governor's office. The population in this study were 55 employees of the People's Welfare Bureau. The sampling technique in this study was the saturated sample technique. This technique was used in this study because this technique was used because the population was below 100 so that all members of the population totaling 55 people were sampled to provide more complete and accurate data. The sample in this study was 55 respondents. For the independent variables in this study are face detection attendance (X1) superior supervision (X2). The dependent variable in this study is employee work discipline (Y). The research method used is a quantitative method and the data analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, data processing used IBM SPSS Statistics 27 software. The results of the study indicate that face detection attendance has an impact on work discipline among employees of the People's Welfare Bureau, with a t-value of 3.880 and a significance value of 0.001, below 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted. Supervisory supervision has a positive and significant effect on work discipline among employees of the People's Welfare Bureau, with a t-value of 3.699 and a significance value of 0.001, below 0.05. Therefore, the hypothesis in this study is accepted.
