| Abstract: | Pelayanan publik di Kantor Kelurahan Bantan Kecamatan Siantar Barat masih menggunakan sistem antrian manual yang menyebabkan waktu tunggu lama, ketidakteraturan urutan antrian, dan pelayanan yang kurang efisien. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan Sistem Antrian Digital berbasis web menggunakan Framework Laravel dan database MySQL.Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan pendekatan waterfall untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan sistem. Sistem yang dikembangkan memiliki fitur utama berupa login dan registrasi pengguna, pengambilan nomor antrian digital, tampilan daftar antrian real-time, dan fitur tambahan untuk admin meliputi pemanggilan antrian dengan voice notification, verifikasi kehadiran, serta reset antrian harian.Hasil implementasi menunjukkan bahwa sistem berhasil meningkatkan efisiensi pelayanan dengan mengurangi waktu tunggu dan memberikan transparansi dalam proses antrian. Sistem ini juga memberikan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk memantau status antrian secara real-time tanpa harus menunggu di lokasi pelayanan. Public services at the Bantan Village Office (Kantor Kelurahan Bantan) in Siantar Barat Sub-district currently rely on a manual queueing system, which leads to long waiting times, disorganized queue sequences, and inefficient overall service delivery. To overcome these problems, a Web-based Digital Queueing System (Sistem Antrian Digital) was developed using the Laravel Framework and MySQL database. This research utilizes the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with a waterfall approach for system design and implementation. The developed system features core functionalities, including user login and registration, digital queue number retrieval, a real-time queue display, and additional administrative features. These admin-specific features encompass queue calling with voice notification, attendance verification, and daily queue reset functionality. The implementation results demonstrate that the system successfully enhanced service efficiency by reducing the average customer waiting time to and providing greater transparency in the queueing process. Furthermore, the system offers convenience to the community by allowing them to monitor their queue status in real-time without the need to wait physically at the service location. |
