dc.description.abstractMotor induksi tiga fasa merupakan salah satu peralatan utama dalam proses produksi di PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV) Adolina, khususnya dalam menggerakkan mesin-mesin pabrik pengolahan kelapa sawit. Keandalan motor ini sangat menentukan kelancaran proses produksi, sehingga diperlukan perawatan dan troubleshooting yang tepat untuk meminimalisir terjadinya kerusakan dan downtime. Penelitian atau laporan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji prosedur perawatan preventif maupun korektif motor induksi tiga fasa, serta metode troubleshooting yang digunakan ketika terjadi gangguan. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara dengan teknisi, dan studi literatur. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan perawatan terjadwal, pemeriksaan parameter kelistrikan, serta pemantauan kondisi termal dan getaran dapat memperpanjang umur motor dan mencegah kerugian akibat berhentinya produksi. Sementara itu, langkah troubleshooting yang sistematis mampu mempercepat identifikasi serta penanganan kerusakan. Dengan demikian, implementasi perawatan dan troubleshooting yang baik pada motor induksi tiga fasa di PTPN IV Adolina dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, keandalan sistem, serta menekan biaya operasional perusahaan. Three-phase induction motors are critical equipment in the production process at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (PTPN IV) Adolina, particularly for driving machinery in palm oil processing plants. The reliability of these motors is crucial to the smooth operation of the production process; therefore, appropriate maintenance and troubleshooting are essential to minimize breakdowns and downtime. This study examines preventive and corrective maintenance procedures for three-phase induction motors, as well as the troubleshooting methods employed when malfunctions occur. Data collection involved direct observation, interviews with technicians, and a review of relevant literature. The findings indicate that implementing scheduled maintenance, monitoring electrical parameters, and tracking thermal and vibration conditions can extend motor lifespan and prevent losses caused by production stoppages. Meanwhile, systematic troubleshooting procedures facilitate faster identification and resolution of faults. Consequently, effective maintenance and troubleshooting of three-phase induction motors at PTPN IV Adolina can enhance efficiency and system reliability while reducing the company's operational costs.en_US
