dc.description | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh berbagai media dan pemberian hormon sitokinin sintetik dan alami terhadap pertumbuhan aggrek Dendrobium sp pada tahap aklimatisasi dengan konsentrasi hormon yang sama. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) faktorial dengan 2 faktor yang diteliti, yaitu: faktor jenis media tanam (M) yang terdiri dari: M1 = sabut kelapa, M2 = pakis, dan M3 = moss sphagnum. Faktor zat pengatur tumbuh sitokinin (S) yang terdiri dari: S0 = tanpa zat pengatur tumbuh, S1 = BAP (100 ppm), dan S2 = air kelapa (100 ppm). Parameter yang diamati adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah anakan dan persentase hidup. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan media tanam Moss Sphagnum dapat meningkatkan pertambahan tinggi tanaman dan pertambahan jumlah daun, kemudian diikuti media pakis dan sabut kelapa. Perlakuan zat pengatur tumbuh BAP memberikan jumlah anakan terbanyak, tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap parameter yang diamati yang lainnya. dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to determine how much influence the media and the administration of cytokines synthetic and natural hormones on the growth of Dendrobium sp aggrek at acclimatization with the same hormone concentrations. This study was conducted using a completely randomized design (CRD) with 2 factors studied, namely: a factor of growing media types (M) consisting of: M1 = coco, M2 = ferns, and M3 = sphagnum moss. Factors growth regulator cytokinin (S) consisting of: S0 = without growth regulators, S1 = BAP (100 ppm), and S2 = coconut water (100 ppm). Parameters measured were plant height, leaf number, tiller number and percentage of life. The results showed that the treatment of growing media Sphagnum Moss could increase plant height increment in the number of leaves, followed by media ferns and coconut fiber. Treatment of growth regulators BAP provides the highest number of tillers, but the effect was not significant to the other observed parameters. There is no interaction between the growing media and plant growth regulators on all parameters observed. | en_US |
