Abstract: | This study supports the government program in the development of production quality or banana plantations and agro-industry development. This research was conducted in the village of Lao Sambo, STM Hulu District of Deli Serdang, with altitude of 150 meters above sea level, this study was conducted from March 2014 through April 2014. This study used a randomized block design (RAK) non factorial with 6 standard of treatment, 4 replications, the treatment is the application type of B. bassiana at a dose recommendation. as follows: A0 = 0 conidia / ml, A1 = 102 conidia / ml, A2 = 104 conidia / ml, A3 = 106 conidia / ml, 108 A5 = A4 = sipermetrin 0,5cc / ml. The parameters observed mortality C.sordidus and O.longicollis and effectiveness B.bassiana dose. C.sordidus Germar and O.longicollis Oliver trapped dominated by trap A0 (control) 75%, while A1 (suspension of 102 / ml) of 0%, A2 (suspension 104 / ml) 14.29%, A3 (suspension of 106 / ml ) 0%, A4 (suspension 108 / ml) 10.71%, and A5 (cypermethrin 0,5cc / ml) 0% imago. While O.longicollis the trap A0 (control) 39.13% while the A1 (suspension of 102 / ml) 34.78%, A2 (suspension 104 / ml) of 0%, A3 (suspension 106 / ml) 21.74%, A4 (suspension of 108 / ml) 4.35% tails, and A5 (cypermethrin 0.5 cc / ml) 0% imago. The use of fungi suspension B.bassiana very significant effect on C.sordidus Germar and O.longicollis Oliver on trapped. |
Description: | Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menggali informasi tentang kemampuan cendawan Beauveria bassiana dalam mengurangi intensitas serangan penggerek bonggol dan penggerek batang pisang. Penelitian ini mendukung program pemerintah dalam pengembangan kualitas produksi atau pertanaman pisang dan juga pengembangan agroindustri. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Lao Sambo, Kecamatan STM Hulu Kabupaten Deli Serdang, dengan ketinggian tempat 150 mdpl, penelitian ini dilaksanakan mulai bulan Maret 2014 sampai dengan April 2014. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) non faktorial dengan 6 taraf perlakuan, 4 ulangan, perlakuan adalah aplikasi jenis B. bassiana dengan dosis rekomendasi. sebagai berikut : A0 = 0 konidia/ml, A1 = 102 konidia/ml, A2 = 104 konidia/ml, A3 = 106 konidia/ml, A4 = 108 A5 = sipermetrin 0,5cc/ml. Parameter yang diamati meliputi mortalitas C.sordidus dan O.longicollis dan efektifitas dosis B.bassiana. C.sordidus Germar dan O.longicollis Oliver yang terperangkap lebih didominasi oleh trap A0 (kontrol) 75 % sedangkan A1 (suspensi 102/ml) 0 %, A2 (suspensi 104/ml) 14,29 %, A3 (suspensi 106/ml) 0 %, A4 (suspensi 108/ml) 10,71 %, dan A5 (Sipermetrin 0,5cc/ml) 0 % imago. Sedangkan O.longicollis pada trap A0 (kontrol) 39,13 % sedangkan A1 (suspensi 102/ml) 34,78 %, A2 (suspensi 104/ml) 0 %, A3 (suspensi 106/ml) 21,74%, A4 (suspensi 108/ml) 4,35% ekor, dan A5(Sipermetrin 0,5 ml) 0 % imago. Penggunaan suspensi jamur B.bassiana sangat berpengaruh nyata terhadap C.sordidus Germar dan O.longicollis Oliver yang terperangkap pada trap. |
