Hubungan Konsep Diri dan Komunikasi Interpersonal Dengan Kecerdasan Spiritual Ibu-Ibu pada Pengajian Majlis Ta'lim Raudhatun Nisa' Langsa

Abstract

The purpose of this study are: (1) Determine the relationship self-concept and spiritual intelligence; (2) Knowing the interpersonal communication link with spiritual intelligence; and (3) Knowing the relationship of self-concept and interpersonal communication with spiritual intelligence. This research is quantitative. Samples were mothers Majlis Ta'lim Raudhatun recitation Nisa 'Langsa totaling 100 people. Measurement of spiritual intelligence using spiritual intelligence scale. self-concept measurement using self-concept scale, and measurement of interpersonal communication using a scale of interpersonal communication. This study uses regression analysis two predictors with sampling technique total sampling. Based on the results of data analysis showed that there is a positive relationship between self-concept and interpersonal communication with spiritual intelligence r = 0686; p <0.01.
