| dc.description | Penelitian bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui pengaruh mandiri beberapa isolat antagonis yang ditumbuhkan dalam satu cawan petri terhadap pertumbuhan G. boninense. (2) Untuk mengetahui interaksi beberapa isolat antagonis yang ditumbuhkan dalam satu cawan petri terhadap pertumbuhan G. boninense. (3) Mencari kombinasi isolat antagonis yang paling efektif untuk pengendalian Ganoderma boninense. Pat Penelitian ini terdiri atas 2 bagian, bagian pertama adalah dominasi diantara jamur antagonis T. koningii, T. harzianum, T. viride, dan G. virens, yang terdiri atas 11 perlakuan dengan 3 ulangan. Bagian kedua adalah uji antagonisme isolat T. koningii, T. harzianum, T. viride, dan G. virens terhadap pertumbuhan G. boninense dengan 14 perlakuan dalam 3 kali ulangan. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The objectives of this research were: (1) to determine the effect of some antagonist isolates grown in petridisc on the growth of G. boninense (2 ) to determine some interactions of antagonist fungus grown in petridisc on G. boninense growth (3) to find the combined effect of antagonist fungus which are the most efective for controlling G. boninense. Pat. This research consists of 2 parts, the first part is a study on the domination among antagonists i.e. T. koningii, T. harzianum, T. viride and G. virens, consisting 11 treatments with 3 replications. The second part is an experiment to test the antagonist isolates of T. koningii, T. harzianum, T. viride, and G. virens on the growth of G. boninense which consists 14 treatments and 3 replications. | en_US |
