Pelaksanaan Pengelolaan Kebijakan Alokasi Dana Nagori (ADN) dalam Meningkatkan Pembangunan Nagori di Kecamatan Bandar Huluan Kabupaten Simalungun

Abstract

Implementation of the Program Allocation Fund Village that planned by District Simalungun becomes a challenge for the government village. Allocation Fund Village can be regarded as small in physical development although supported by various nongovernmental. This is a concern Government Village as policy makers on the application of this Programs Allocation Fund Village as a strategic in the people empowerment to fill up the infrastructure in village. This research goals to analyze, give description about implementation of policy management Allocation Fund Village and identify factors inhibiting the implementation of policy management of the Allocation Fund Village in District Bandar Huluan. Metods used in this research is qualitative description by data collection techniques used observation and interview. Data analysis conducted by means of data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusion/verification data. The results showed that the Policy Management of the Implementation Allocation Fund Village to increase development in District Bandar Huluan, Simalungun has not been implemented effectively because there inhibiting factors in implementation are the lack of human resources, budget resources and facilities/infrastructure.
