Analisis Determinan Alih Fungsi Lahan Tanaman Padi Menjadi Tanaman Kelapa Sawit di Kabupaten Langkat

Abstract

This study to analyze the influence of income, working capital, total production and total employment to over the function of paddy land into oil palm trees langkat. In this study using multiple linear regression model with tools to proces the date used SPSS version 17.0. This research method using non-probability sampling method is purposive sampling and analytical methods used Ordinary Least Squares (OLS). The date used in this study are primary date in the form of direct date were collected through interviews with respondents and using a tool that is a questionnaire or a questionnaire. The results process showed that income, working capital, total production, and the number of workers with the same positive and significant effect on the conversion of paddy land into oil palm trees in Langkat.
