dc.description | Sistem pendingin pada mobil berfungsi untuk menurunkan temperatur pada mesin yang terjadi akibat pembakaran dari ruang bakar. Sistem pendingin menggunakan suatu alat yaitu Radiator. Radiator bekerja berdasarkan hembusan udara dari kipas pendingin masuk ke radiator. Permasalahn yang akan dikaji dalam Tugas Akhir ini adalah untuk mengetahui adakah seberapa besar pengaruh kecepatan aliran udara terhadap efktivitas radiator. Berdasarkan analisa dengan menggunakan grafik hubungan laju aliran udara, suhu air pendingin dan efektivitas, bahwa nilai Efektivitas Radiator akan meningkat sebanding dengan kecepatan aliran udara. Berdasarka uraian yang telah di sampaikan dapat diambil kesimpilan, ada pengaruh antara kecepatan aliran udara dengan Efektivitas Radiator. Hal ini dapat di buktikan bahwa nilai Efektivitas Radiator akan meningkat seiring dengan kenaikan kecepatan aliran udara begitu pula sebaliknya nilai Efektivitas Radiator cencerung menurun seiring dengan penurunan kecepatan aliran udara. Dan dari hasil yang di peroleh dari hasil analisa yang dihitung nilai Efektivitas Radiator yaitu : 65,25%. dc.description.abstract | The cooling system on a car serves to lower the temperature of the engine caused by the combustion of the fuel. The cooling system uses a device that is Radiator. Radiators work by blowing air from the cooling fan into the radiator. Issues that will be examined in the final project is to determine how much influence there any airflow to the radiator effectiveness. Based on the analysis using the relationship graph of air flow rate, temperature of cooling water and effectiveness, that the effectiveness of the radiator will increase proportional to the speed of the airflow. Based on the description that has been conveyed can be concluded, there is the influence of the air flow rate to the effectiveness of Radiator. It can be proved that the effectiveness of the radiator will increase along with the increase in air flow rate and vice versa Radiator effectiveness values tend to decrease with the decrease in air flow rate. And from the results obtained from the analysis of the calculated value raditor Effectiveness is: 65.25%.
