dc.descriptionDengan tujuan peneliti untuk mengetahui pertumbuhan kultivar kentang menggunakan naungan dan tanpa naungan didataran medium. Penelitian dilakukan di Desa Batu Mbelin Kecamatan Sibolangit, Kabupaten Deli Serdang dengan ketinggian tempat 300 m dpl dan jenis tanah Aluvial berbatu. Penelitian ini di laksanakan mulai bulan Juni sampai bulan Agustus 2015, menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi ( Split Plot), dengan dengan Naungan (N) sebagai Petak utama dengan 2 taraf yaitu N1 menggunakan Naungan dan N0 Tanpa Naungan , Varietas (V) sebagai Anak petak dengan 7 taraf yaitu V1= median , V2 = Kastanum, V3=repita, V4=Granola, V5=Atlantik, V6= Amabile, V7=Maglia , dengan tiga ulangan, Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa perlakuan Varietas ( V ) dapat meningkatkan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, dan jumlah anakan,dan diameter batang, kombinasi naungan dengan kultivar kentang tidak berpengaruh terhadap komponen pertumbuhan tanaman.en_US
dc.description.abstractWith the goal of researchers to determine the growth of potato cultivars using shade and without shade didataran medium. The study was conducted in the village of Stone Mbelin District of Sibolangit, Deli Serdang district with altitude of 300 m above sea level and kind of alluvial soil is rocky. The research was implemented from June until August 2015, using the design Petak Divided (split plot), with the Shade (N) as the main plot with two levels ie N1 using Shade and N0 Without Shade, Variety (V) as the subplot with 7 levels ie V1 = median, V2 = Kastanum, V3 = repita, V4 = Granola, V5 = Atlantic, V6 = Amabile, V7 = Maglia, with three replications, results showed that treatment varieties (V) can increase plant height, number leaves, and the number of tillers, stem diameter, shade combination with potato cultivars has no effect on plant growth component.en_US
