Abstract

Police conduct investigations and investigations of all crimes in accordance with criminal procedaral law and other laws and regulations. But in practice there are still many problems that arise, especially in the case of children in conflict with the law. Therefore, this study will examine and analyze the implementation of police investigation in the criminal justice system of children. With the focus of research is the first rule of law governing the Police Investigation in the criminal justice system against child offenders, Second, the implementation of the investigation of children in conflict with the law at Deli Serdang Police.
