Hubungan Motivasi Kerja Dengan Etos Kerja Karyawan di Mawar Bakery dan Cake Shop

Abstract

The work ethic is the basic attitude in an employee that builds work behavior based on mental awareness, confidence with complete commitment to the work activities that are done intact, while the Motivation of work is a requirement that encourage someone to do a series that leads to the achievement of a specific purpose. This study aimed to find out the relationship between work motivation and work ethic on employees of Rose Bakery & Cake Shop. Hypothesis proposed in this research is There is a positive relationship between work motivation with work ethos. Method of data analysis conducted in this research is Personality Moment analysis technique. Sampling method is total sampling with sample amount 100 employee. Based on the calculation of product moment correlation, the correlation coefficient of work motivation with work ethic is rxy 0.696. p = 00000 0.050. Based on this result means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The mean empirical motivation variable is 55.10 <from the hypothetical mean of 75 which means low and work ethics variable of 89.80 from the hypothetical mean of 122.5 which means low also
