dc.descriptionPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Motivasi Belajar dengan Adversity Quotient pada Siswa Di SMA Nurul Islam Indonesia (NII) Medan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Kuantitatif dengan metode skala Likert dimana skala Motivasi Belajar berdasarkan aspek-aspek motivasi dalam belajar menurut Chermis & Goleman (2001) adalah : Kesenangan, kenikmatan untuk belajar, Orientasi terhadap penguasaan materi, Hasrat ingin tahu, Keuletan dalam mengerjakan tugas, Keterlibatan yang tinggi pada tugas, Orientasi terhadap tugas-tugas yang memang sulit dan baru. Dan skala Adversity Quotient (Stoltz, 2001) yaitu : control (kendali), origin & ownership ( asal-usul dan pengakuan), reach (jangkauan), dan endurance (daya tahan).. Dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 286 siswa dan sampel sebanyak 42 orang yang di ambil dari 15% dari jumlah populasi. Data ini menggunakan metode Analisis Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: diketahui bahwa tidak terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara motivasi belajar dengan adversity quotient, dimana rxy = 0.096 ; p = 0.544 < 0,05en_US
dc.description.abstractThis study aims to see the Motivation of Learning with Adversity Quotient on Students In SMA Nurul Islam Indonesian (NII) Medan. This research is Quantitative research with Likert scale method where the scale of Learning Motivation based on the aspects of motivation in learning according to Chermis & Goleman (2001) are: Pleasure, enjoyment to learn, Orientation to mastery of matter, Desire desire, Tenacity in doing task, high on the task, Orientation to tasks that are difficult and new. And the scale of Adversity Quotient Stoltz, 2001 is. control, origin & ownership, reach and endurance . With a population of 286 students and a sample of 42 people are taken from 15% of the population. This data uses Product Moment Correlation Analysis method. The results of this study are: it is known that there is no significant relationship between learning motivation with adversity quotient, where rxy = 0.096. p = 0.544 0.05en_US
