Studi Identifikasi Faktor Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Menolong pada Relawan Yayasan Medan Generasi Impian

Abstract

Helpful behavior is a helpful act that is entirely motivated by self-interest without expecting something for the rescuer himself. This helpful behavior is generally gained through the learning process, namely reinforcement and imitation. This study aims to determine the factors causing help behavior in volunteer Yayasan Medan Generasi Impian. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The subject of the research was volunteer of Generasi Impian Medan Foundation. The population in this study using accidental sampling from the total population of 100 volunteers and the subjeck taken only 30 volunteers. This study uses only one variable that is help behavior. With the hypothesis of the influence of help behavior on volunteers of the Dream Generation Field Foundation. Data collection is done by using Likert scale. This type of research is descriptive quantitative to see the factors of help behavior. The result of the research shows that the causes of help behavior are empathy of 0.949, belief in just world factor is 0.959, social responsibility factor is 0.945, the residence factor is 0877, the model factor is 0.957 and the attribution factor to the victim is 0.912
