| Abstract: | Penelitian di Jalan Jamin Ginting di daerah Pajak USU, kota Medan pada hakikatnya dilatar belakangi oleh kinerja ruas jalan tersebut. Kondisi lalu lintas pada ruas jalan ini cukup padat, sehingga memicu kemacetan terutama pada jam-jam puncak. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kinerja ruas jalan terhadap kapasitas, derajat kejenuhan, pada jalan Jamin Ginting di daerah Pajak USU, kota Medan. Adapun hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa dari survey volume arus lalu lintas terbesar di ruas jalan A-A pada hari Rabu Tanggal 19-04-2017 yaitu 2126 kend/jam = 1191 smp/jam. Bila di masukkan parkir sudut 00 ,Tingkat Pelayanan nya B . Sudut 300, Tingkat Pelayanannya D. Sudut 450, Tingkat Pelayanannya D. Sudut 600, Tingkat Pelayanannya D. Sudut 900, Tingkat Pelayanannya B. Pada ruas jalan B-B pada hari Selasa Tanggal 18-04-2017 yaitu 3768 kend/jam = 2288 smp/jam. . Bila di masukkan parkir sudut 00 ,Tingkat Pelayanan nya C . Sudut 300, Tingkat Pelayanannya F. | Description: | Research on the road Jamin Ginting in tax USU, the city of Medan on the essence of the background by the performance of the road segment. Traffic conditions on this road segment is quite dense, thus triggering congestion at peak hours. The purpose of this study to determine the performance of roads to capacity, degree of saturation, on the road Ginting guaranteed in the area of tax USU, city Medan. The result of the analysis show that the survey of the volume of the largest traffic flow on the A-A road on Wednesday, 19-04-2017 is 2126 kend/hour = 1191 smp/hour. In the parking area corner 00, service level B. Corner 300, service level D. Corner 450, service level D. Corner 600, sevice level D. Corner 900, service level B. on the road segment B-B on Tuesday 18-04-2017 is 3768 kend/hour = 2288 smp/hour. When at parking corner 00, service level C. Corner 300, service level F.
