dc.description.abstract | Pengelolaan Sumber Air di daerah Kabupaten Humbang Hasundutan masih kurang maksimal, dimana air hujan yang jatuh ke permukaan tanah hanya sedikit yang tertahan di daratan selebihnya masuk ke sungai dan terbuang sia-sia. Dan pada musim kemarau sebagian besar wilayah Kab. Humbang Hasundutan sering mengalami kekeringan, sungai-sungai yang pada musim penghujan banyak terdapat air, pada musim kemarau menjadi berkurang airnya dan sebagian kawasan terkadang menjadi kering. Oleh sebab itu penanganan permasalahan diatas perlu dilakukan upaya konservasi di bidang sumber daya air salah satunya dengan cara membangun embung atau cekungan penampung dan beberapa bangunan penampung (penyimpanan) air lainnya sehingga nantinya kebutuhan air akan irigasi pertanian maupun kebutuhan lainnya dapat terpenuhi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mendapatkan gambaran berapa besar kapasitas volume tampungan air pada Embung Hadudu dan besar debit andalan yang dibutuhkan serta berapa besar kebutuhan ketersediaan air di Irigasi tersebut. Debit andalan maximum dan minimum Sibundong yaitu 6,85 m3/det bulan Januari dan 0,96 m3/det bulan Juli. Berdasarkan hasil analisa dengan menggunakan 24 alternatif pola tanam didapat nilai NFR yang terkecil yaitu sebesar 2,59 mm/hari, dimana alternatif yang digunakan adalah alternatif ke-19. Dengan awal Land Preparation pada periode Oktober I. Berdasarkan hasil analisa perhitungan maka didapat volume tampungan Embung Hadudu sebesar 52.815,76 m³. | en_US |
