Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi permintaan jamur tiram (Pleurotus Ostreatus) (studi kasus: Kabupaten Deli Serdang)

Abstract

The development of the agricultural sector is not only food crops but also plantation crops and horticulture. The jungur (Pleurotus) is one of the horticultural commodities that can be used for neutraceuntical food (food and drink for disease prevention and treatment). The purpose of this research is to know how demand for oyster mushrooms in Deli Serdang District and what factors affect the demand for oyster mushrooms in Deli Serdang district. Sampling method was done by using census method, respondents in this study were consumers who bought oyster mushrooms in Deli Serdang Regency. samples taken are as many as 30.Data collected are primary and secondary data. The results showed that the average consumer demand of oyster mushrooms in Deli Serdang Regency is 4 to 9 kg / month with an average percentage of 73.3. Factors - Factors that affect the demand of oyster mushrooms Partially that the price of other vegetables and income significantly affect the demand for oyster mushrooms with the value of t-count 3.302 for other vegetable price variables greater than t-table 1.711 is a value of significance 0.003 smaller than alpha 0, 05, while for income variable t value 2.507 bigger than t-table 1,711 and significance value 0,019 smaller 0,05
