Strategi Manajemen Penyiaran Program Karaoke Dangdut (KAKDUT) Pada Radio Suara Medan

Abstract

Karaoke Dangdut or called KAKDUT is one of the flagship event in Radio Suara Medan is an event program that airs every Monday to Saturday with broadcast schedule at 13:00 to 15:00 pm. Events that broadcast and invite people to Karaoke Dangdut on Suara Medan and / or karaoke radio via on air by phone and play dangdut songs that hits. So with this research aims to find out how the management strategy of broadcasting programs karaoke dangdut event. The strategies used by radio for dangdut karaoke use the POAC strategy (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, Controlling). The method used qualitative researcher, that is explain the phenomenon by collecting data then analyzed to get a conclusion. This research was conducted by observation and in-depth interview on Radio Manager and Broadcaster
