Abstract: Knowledge of menstruation is a notion known to a person about menstruation that occurs every month regularly in women and as a sign of adulthood. Menarche's first anxiety (Menarche) is a fear or fear that a person has first menstruation (Menarche). This study aims to determine the relationship between knowledge about menstruation with teenage anxiety in the first menstruation (Menarche). Based on the theoretical study, hypothesis is proposed there is a negative relationship between knowledge about menstruation with teenage anxiety in the first menstruation (Menarche). The sample in this study is adolescents who have not experienced menstruation in elementary school. Country 060953 that requires 50 people. This research uses two forms of scale that is for knowledge variable using guttman scale with research reliability of knowledge 0,886 and for variable of anxiety using likert scale with reliability that is anxiety 0,941. Data analysis using Product Moment utterance. Based on the calculation of data analysis using Product Moment utter obtained relationship rxy = -0,540 with significant p = 0,000 <0.050. It means there is a negative relationship between knowledge and anxiety. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable X and the dependent variable Y is equal to r2 = 0.292 This shows anxiety according to knowledge of 29.2%
