dc.description | Penelitian ini berjudul isolasi dan identifikasi bakteri pathogen pada buangan akhir limbah cair Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. RM. Djoeham Binjai.. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui jenis bakteri patogen yang terdapat pada buangan akhir limbah cair Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai Metode penelitian bersifat deskriptif yaitu pemeriksaan berupa identifikasi bakteri patogen yang terdapat pada buangan akhir limbah cair Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. R.M. Djoelham Binjai. Tahapan penelitian berupa isolasi, karakterisasi sifat morfologi, fisiologis dan uji biokimia. Media media penanaman bakteri menggunakan media Brain Heart Infusion (BHI) agar, blood agar, cled agar, Mannnitol Salt Agar (MSA), dan endo agar. dc.description.abstract | English : The title of this research is Isolation and Identification of Pathogenic Bacteria on Liquid Waste Final Disposal at Regional Public Hospital Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai. The purpose of this research was to determine the type of pathogen bacteria found in the liquid waste final disposal at Regional Public Hospital Dr. RM. Djoelham Binjai. The research method was performed by descriptive in the form of the identification of pathogenic bacteria found in the liquid waste final disposal. The steps of this research were isolation, characterization of the morphological, physiological and test of biochemical. Bacterial growing media using Brain Heart Infusion (BHI) agar, cled agar, Mannitol Salt Agar (MSA) and endo agar. The results of this research found two types of pathogenic bacteria which were Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. | en_US |
