Abstract: | The study aims to determine the effect of Recruitment and Training on Corporate Performance (Y) at PT. Perkasa Mandiri Indonesia. The study aims to explain the effect of recruitment and training on company performance at PT. Perkasa Mandiri Indonesia methods of data collection in this study were questionnaires, direct observation and documentation study. Methods data analysis using descriptive methods and quantitative methods that is with multiple linear regression analysis used to measure the effect of Recruitment and Training on Corporate Performance at PT. Perkasa Mandiri Indonesia. Through testing the correlation coefficient (R) obtained that the level of correlation or relationship between Recruitmen and Training on Corporate Performance at PT. Perkasa Mandiri Indonesia A relationship is high enough. Tjhis shows that 75% of labour recruitment (X1) and labor training variables are able to explain the variances in employee performance variables or practically can be said that the contribution of labor recruitment variable to employee performance is 75.2% the remaining 24.8% is influenced orexplained by other variables that are not in carefully |
Description: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Rekrutmen dan Pelatihan terhadap Kinerja Perusahaan (Y) pada PT.Perkasa Mandiri Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan pengaruh rekrutmen dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT. Perkasa Mandiri Indonesia. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner, pengamatan langsung (observasi), dan studi dokumentasi. Metode Analisis data menggunakan metode deskriptif dan metode kuantitatif yaitu dengan Analis Regresi linier berganda yang digunakan untuk mengukur pengaruh rekrutmen dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT. Perkasa Mandiri Indonesia. Melalui pengujian koefisien korelasi (R) diperoleh bahwa tingkat korelasi atau hubungan antara rekrutmen dan pelatihan terhadap kinerja perusahaan pada PT. Perkasa Mandiri Indonesia merupakan hubungan yang cukup tinggi. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa 75,2% variabel Rekrutmen Tenaga Kerja (X.1) dan Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja (X.2) mampu menjelaskan varians dari variabel Kinerja Karyawan (Y) atau secara praktis dapat dikatakan bahwa kontribusi variabel Rekrutmen Tenaga Kerja (X.1) dan Pelatihan Tenaga Kerja (X.2) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) adalah 75,2% sisanya 24.8% dipengaruhi atau dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti |
