Abstract: The aim of this research is to see the effect of organic fertilizer of chicken manure and liquid organic fertilizer of banana banana on the growth and production of shallot plant (Allium ascalonicum L.), conducted in Experimental Garden of Vegetable Research Institute, Tongkoh Village, Berastagi Sub-district, Karo Regency, m dpl, flat topography and alluvial soil types. This research starts from April to June 2017. The design used in this research Randomized Block Design Factorial with 2 factors of treatment, namely: 1) Provision of chicken manure (A) consisting of 4 treatment levels, namely: ; A1 = organic fertilizer chicken as much as 1 kg / plot; A2 = organic fertilizer chicken as much as 2 kg / plot; A3 = organic fertilizer chicken as much as 2 kg / plot; and 2) Provision of liquid organic fertilizer banana cobs (P) consisting of 4 levels of treatment, namely: P0 (control = without POC banana hump); P1 = POC banana stump 50%; P2 = POC banana stump 75%; P3 = POC 100% banana bonggol This study was conducted with 2 repetitions. Parameters observed in this study were plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), production / sample (g) and production / plot (g). The results have been obtained from this study is the provision of organic fertilizer chicken manure significantly affect the height of plants and production per plot. While the provision of POC banana cobs and the combination between the two treatment factors had no significant effect on plant height, leaf number, production per sample and production per onion plant plot
