Studi Identifikasi Faktor-faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perilaku Seksual pada Remaja di Desa Medan Estate Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors that influence sexual behavior in adolescents at Desa Medan Estate Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan. The sample in this study were middle adolescents with age range 15 years to 18 years. This study was conducted to see the contribution of each factor to adolescent who do sexual behavior that is factor of lax supervision of parent, permisif environmental factor, science and technology development factor, peer pressure factor, pressure factor from girlfriend, curiosity factor, biological changes and low achievement factors. The research uses quantitative and descriptive method by looking at the description of factors influencing sexual behavior in middle adolescent. Data collection is done by using Likert scale method. And sampling technique used in this research is Purposive sampling technique. Based on data analysis by using regression analysis seen from beta coefficient scale known that factors that significantly influence adolescent sexual behavior is biological change factor which has the greatest influence on adolescent sexual behavior β = 0,531 with percentage gain of 40,4% then curiosity factor β = 0,301 with percentage gain 17,0% and last factor of achievement low β = 0,293 with percentage gain equal to 41,9% while parental supervisory factor, permissive society environment, development of science and technology, peer pressure and pressure from the boyfriend did not give a significant effect on the appearance of adolescent sexual behavior
