dc.descriptionPertumbuhan dan produksi jamur tiram antara lain dipengaruhi oleh bahan baku media, nutrisi, jenis isolate dan faktor lingkungan seperti suhu, sinar kelembaban dan pH media. Blotong tebu dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan media tanam jamur tiram selain bisa mensubtitusi serbuk gergaji yang selama ini digunakan, juga sebagai bahan nutrisi media. Komposisi kedua bahan tersebut sangat berbeda, yang menyebabkan dekomposisi media berbeda, sehingga perlu diberi perlakuan penambahan kapur agar sesuai dengan persyaratan media tumbuh jamur tiram. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendapatkan formulasi media serbuk gergaji, blotong tebu dan kapur dengan komposisi yang tepat sebagai media tumbuh jamur tiram putih (Pleurotus ostreatus). Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah rancangan acak lengkap (RAL) faktorial yang teridiri dari 2 taraf perlakuan, Perlakuan A yaitu A0 = 100% serbuk gergaji, A1 =100% serbuk blotong, A2 =70% serbuk blotong + 30% serbuk gergaji, A3 = 50% serbuk blotong + 50% serbuk gergaji, A4 = 30% serbuk blotong + 70% serbuk gergaji, Perlakuan K yaitu : K1 = 2% kapur, K2 = 3% kapur, K3 = 4% kapur dan K4 = 5% kapur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan laju pertumbuhan miselium dan umur munculnya tubuh buah tercepat pada perlakuan A0, sedangkan jumlah tubuh buah dan bobot basah panen yang terbanyak pada perlakuan A4. Pemberian kapur dalam media blotong tebu dan serbuk gergaji tidak berbeda nyata pada semua perlakuan. Hasil interaksi perlakuan menunjukkan bahwa pengamatan 30 HSI pertumbuhan miselium tertinggi pada perlakuan A0K2. Hasil terbaik pertumbuhan dan produksi jamur tiram putih pada perlakuan A4 yaitu 30% serbuk blotong + 70% sebuk gergaji.en_US
dc.description.abstractPlant and oyster mushroom production, among others, is done by raw materials media, nutrition, type of isolates and environmental factors such as temperature, humidity rays and pH media. Blotong sugar cane can be used as an ingredient to plant oyster mushrooms in addition to substitute the sawdust that has been used, as well as nutrients media. The composition of these two very different materials, which causes different media decomposition, needs to add lime to fit the growing media needs of oyster mushrooms. The purpose of this research is to get the formulation of sawdust media, blotong sugarcane and lime with the right composition as a medium of growing white oyster mushroom (Pleurotus ostreatus). The experimental design used in this study was a complete randomized (RAL) factorial consisting of 2 treatment levels, Treatment A ie A0 = 100% sawdust, A1 = 100% blubber powder, A2 = 70% blub powder + 30% sawdust , A3 = 50% blotong powder + 50% sawdust, A4 = 30% blub powder + 70% sawdust, Treatment K is: K1 = 2% lime, K2 = 3% lime, K3 = 4% lime and K4 = 5 % lime The results showed the growth rate of mycelium and the working age of the fruit body at A0, while the number of fruit body and wet weight of the harvested on A4 treatment. The application of lime in the medium of sawn and sawdust was not significantly different in all treatments. Results related to treatment of 30 HSI of highest mycelium growth in A0K2 treatment. The best result of growth and production of white oyster mushroom on the A4 treatment is 30% blotong powder + 70% powder sawdust.en_US
