dc.descriptionRespon Pemberian Zat Pengatur Tumbuh Kimia dan Alami Terhadap Pertumbuhan Stek Pucuk Jambu Air Madu (Syzygium equaeum). Skripsi. Di bawah bimbingan H. Abdul Rahman, selaku Ketua Pembimbing dan Erwin Pane, selaku Anggota Pembimbing. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan efektivitas pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh sintetis Rootone-F dan zat pengatur tumbuh alami ekstrak bawang merah terhadap pertumbuhan stek pucuk tanaman jambu air madu (Syzygium equaeum Burn F. Alston), yang dilaksanakan di Jalan Guru Suman Dusun I Desa Bandar Khalifah, Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan dengan ketinggian 20 m dpl, topografi datar dan jenis tanah alluvial. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan April sampai dengan Juni 2016. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) Non Faktorial dengan faktor perlakuan pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh, yang terdiri dari 7 taraf perlakuan, yakni : A0 = kontrol; A1 = Rootone-F dengan konsentrasi 50 ppm (0,05 g/L aquadest); A2 = Rootone-F dengan konsentrasi 100 ppm (0,10 g/L aquadest); A3 = Rootone-F dengan konsentrasi 150 ppm (0,15 g/L aquadest); A4 = Esktrak bawang merah dengan konsentrasi 0,5% (5 ml/L aquadest); A5 = Esktrak bawang merah dengan konsentrasi 1,0% (10 ml/L aquadest) dan A6 = Esktrak bawang merah dengan konsentrasi 1,5% (15 ml/L aquadest). Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan ulangan sebanyak 3 ulangan. Parameter yang diamati dalam penelitian ini adalah persentase tumbuh stek (%), tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), panjang akar primer (cm), dan jumlah akar primer (cabang). Adapun hasil yang telah diperoleh dari penelitian ini adalah pemberian zat pengatur tumbuh berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap pertumbuhan stek tanaman jambu madu.en_US
dc.description.abstractResponse Giving Substance Regulator Grow Chemical and Natural Against Growth Cuttings Shoot Water Guava Madu (Syzygium equaeum). Essay. Under the guidance of H. Abdul Rahman, as the Chief Counselor and Erwin Pane, as the Advisors. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of Rootone-F synthesis growth regulator and natural growth regrowth of onion extract to growth of shoot cucumber shoot of honey water (Syzygium equaeum Burn F. Alston), conducted at Jalan Guru Suman Dusun I Bandar Khalifah Village , Perci Sei Tuan District with a height of 20 m above sea level, flat topography and alluvial soil type. This study starts from April to June 2016. The design used in this research is Non-Factorial Complete Random Design (RAL) with treatment growth regulator, consisting of 7 treatment levels, namely: A0 = control; A1 = Rootone-F with concentration of 50 ppm (0.05 g / L aquadest); A2 = Rootone-F with concentration of 100 ppm (0.10 g / L aquadest); A3 = Rootone-F with concentration of 150 ppm (0.15 g / L aquadest); A4 = onion extract with concentration of 0.5% (5 ml / L aquadest); A5 = onion extract with a concentration of 1.0% (10 ml / L aquadest) and A6 = onion extract with a concentration of 1.5% (15 ml / L aquadest). This research was conducted with 3 repetitions. The parameters observed in this study were the percentage of growing cuttings (%), plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), root root length (cm), and number of root roots (branch). The results have been obtained from this study is the provision of growth regulators have a very significant effect on the growth of cashew crops.en_US
